I stop to think about where we were just one short year ago and I am amazed at how much God is doing in us and through us. I am sure many of you can say the same about your 2009 as well!
I am so thankful how He has guided our steps and brought us through many situations. Sometimes I feel like we can barely get our head above water as we continue to deal with the many difficult and complicated aspects of living in another culture completely unlike our own, but then I realize that even with the frustrations, we are doing it!
We are making great progress in language learning and developing relationships. We had no idea when we came what the road would be like, now we have a more clear picture but still wonder what 2010 will hold!
We are thankful to be here, to be used, to be carriers of Light in such a tremendously dark place. We are thankful for our family and friends who have supported us in so many tangible and intangible ways through out this year. We would not be the same without you! Most of all we are thankful to Him for calling us and providing for us every step of the way.

So happy for your progress this last year, and I know this year is even going to be better for you and your beautiful family.
May God continue to bless you and yours and make you a strong fortress against all evil that you may have to face to help people to know our God.

We, your supporters, feel like we are part of your family's hands and feet...part of your frustrations and exhiliration!
When you feel alone, take a moment and picture all of us, your supporters, pushing you from behind, holding you up from beneath, and even walking in front of you watch G*d clear a path for you and yours.
We are all immensely proud of your 2009....And are sitting on the edge of our symbolic seats in anticipation of 2010!
