Officially speaking ...

We have them! We have our airline tickets to India!

The countdown is on ...

We leave Tuesday, August 26th at 2:45 p.m.



That's exactly 18 days 22 hours and 15 minutes from now!

yikes ... that's less than 3 weeks!

We spoke with the people we will be working with when we get there. They explained that there is a conference Sept 2 & 3 that we are going to go to Hyderabad and then we will from there to Bangalore for meetings!

So we will get in late on the 27th ...
(we will completely skip the day of Wednesday the 27th! Can things instantly disappear off of my TO DO list since I will have skipped that day? ha ha Don't worry, Shane & Rachel that doesn't mean we will forget your 15 year anniversary that day!!!!)

Then fly out again 6 days later for Hyderabad & Bangalore. I am just hoping we can get over our jet lag and be functional by then. I've been told that if you stay busy it's easier to get over it, so I think we should be ok!



We will be looking for a place to live and trying to get all of our communication systems (phones, email, skype, etc...) set-up as soon as we can. It is important to us to be able to communicate with everyone here.

Well, we are finally here, at this point. How tremendous this is to us. This ranks right up there with our biggest life achievements. We are real life examples of having something bigger than yourself happen.

And it's certainly not all because of us ...
